Our Mission
From La Vega was born from a simple truth: the Dominican Republic deserves better than what mainstream travel sites offer. We grew up in La Vega, in the heart of the Cibao Valley, and we know that the real Dominican Republic is nothing like what you see on resort brochures.
We built this platform to bridge the gap between what tourists think the DR is and what it actually is. Our guides show real prices — not the inflated ones that OTAs charge. Our recommendations come from personal experience, not algorithms. But we don't stop at the island. From La Vega also covers Universal Orlando — because we know that many Dominican families dream of visiting the theme parks, and we want to make that dream accessible too.
